We are currently seeking experienced, Assistant Construction Superintendents who desire an exciting and challenging environment. An immediate opening is available in the St. Louis, MO area to support a new project; qualified applicants must be able to work on a job site throughout the week. Local candidates are encouraged to apply, as there is only travel to and from the job site required.
Position Synopsis
Our Assistant Superintendents are responsible for assisting the Lead Superintendent with daily on-site management of construction for an assigned project. Assistant Superintendents must help manage and coordinate the work of all subcontractors working on the project to ensure accomplishment of all of The Douglas Company objectives related to schedule, quality, safety, cost control and client satisfaction. This position will support this project, and may not result in further employment beyond the completion of the project.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5-10 years of on-site supervisory experience in the Construction Industry
