Project Manager- Construction (Toledo, OH)

We are currently seeking experienced, proactive, Project Managers who desire an exciting and challenging environment. 

Qualified applicants must be able to relocate to this location (we do offer some relocation assistance).


Position Synopsis


Complete responsibility to manage the entire  scope of a construction project, from the estimating phase through the closeout phase. Project Managers are responsible for supervising the project management team including: Field Superintendent’s,  Project Coordinator's, and an Administrative Staff member. Our Project Managers can oversee multiple projects as directed.

 Qualifications
 

•Bachelor’s Degree Required (Construction Management or Civil Engineering
preferred)
•3.0+ GPA strongly preferred
•3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry, managing the entire project scope from preconstruction to close out.
•5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry Required.
•Commercial Construction experience Required.
•Background in wood frame construction Required.
•Senior Living, Assisted Living, Multi-family, and Single-Family strongly preferred.
