  We are currently seeking an experienced Project Accountant who desires an exciting and challenging environment.  An immediate opening is available at our suburban Toledo, Ohio Corporate Headquarters.
  
  Position Synopsis
  Our Project Accountants are responsible for all accounts payable requirements of a construction project including: computer data entry, ensuring all subcontract and purchase order documents are collected, waivers are obtained for all payments made, imaging of invoices, and ensuring sub-contractors have proper insurances in place.
  
  Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Processing of job costs
  • Monthly accounting reports
  • Owner billings
  • Payments to subs and suppliers
  • Obtaining waivers
  • Obtaining contract documents
  • Obtaining insurances
  • Obtaining W-9
  
  Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Commercial Construction experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of job cost (or cost) accounting experience required
