We are currently seeking experienced, aggressive, Project Coordinators who desire an exciting and challenging environment.  Immediate openings are available in our Orlando, FL location; qualified applicants must be able to work at this location. 

Position Synopsis

 Assist Project Managers with multiple phases of construction projects (i.e. estimating, pre-construction activities, etc).

• Project billing
• Project closeout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in the Construction Industry (Multi-Family, Apartment, Skilled Nursing, or Assisted Living project experience preferred)
