We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work out of our Orlando, FL office. This position is strictly administrative in nature, and will provide the training necessary to perform the basic functions related to our office equipment. We are seeking those with experience using MS Office Products, and have the ability to work standard office equipment along with keeping our supplies properly stocked.
Position Synopsis
Assist our staff with various administrative needs as necessary, and answer incoming calls to route them accordingly. Other various duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

General Clerical Duties
- Copy, Fax, Scan, Data Entry, Mailing, etc.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the proper person
- Greet office visitors
- HS Diploma Required
- Experience with MS Office Products Required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Stable work history preferred
- Full time (40 hours/week)
