Position Synopsis

 Assist Project Managers with multiple phases of construction projects (i.e. estimating, pre-construction activities, etc).

• Subcontractor relationships
• Project Scheduling
• Project cost control
• Project billing
• Project closeout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience in the Construction Industry (Multi-Family, Apartment, Skilled Nursing, or Assisted Living project experience preferred)
